-BOOTH INFORMATION-

  • Booths must be reserved by , November 3,2017. A total of 50% is required to reserve your booth. no booths will be held without a deposit After November 4, 2017 any booths reserved must be paid in full.

  • Booths must be paid in full by November 4,2017, . Payments can be made by Money Order, Instant wire transfer and Paypal.(CREDIT CARDS,CHECKING ETC) . If Booth Balances are not paid by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation for the booths for breach of contract.

 

  • All Booth agreements must be received prior to show date. Placing a deposit constitutes agreement to these terms .(See contract Below)

  • Booths reserved on the day of the show must be in the form of cash only (if available)

  • Setup is available before the start of the show beginning at 9am. Booths need to be setup by 10:00 AM

  • Show opens at 10am to the public
